RECREATIONAL/BEGINNER

  • Club Suit
  • White, clean socks or toeshoes
  • Tights/leggings and are allowed under the suits white or skin colour ONLY during winter time
  • White top (cardigan) ON the top of the suit is allowed during winter time but NO long sleeve top under the suit
  • Hair must be worn in ponytail or bun

COMPETITIVE

RECREATIONAL
All recreational gymnasts must have their own rope and ribbon.

RECREATIONAL/BEGINNER

  • Gymnasts should arrive dressed in their training outfits.  
  • Participants will line up outside and await their coach to invite them inside the gym one by one. 
  • Gymnasts will place their shoes in the designated area, disinfect their hands and enter the gym area.
  • Only white clean socks or toeshoes must be worn on the carpet. 
  • Parents are requested to leave the gymnasium or class area for the duration of the class.
  • Please pick up the gymnast outside the gym. 

COMPETITIVE

  • Gymnasts should arrive dressed in their training outfits.

  • Olympium RGC reserves the right to cancel classes or request gymnasts to change their selection if there is insufficient enrolment in a class.
  • Classes may be cancelled due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. No refunds will be issued.
  • Make-up classes are not available.

  • The Initial Fee is non-refundable except in the case where the withdrawal is made before the first class.
  • No refunds are given in the case of absences due to injury, illness or vacation unless any of the above precipitates retirement of the gymnast.

How to Register

  • Space is limited: Registrations are on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVE basis after the current members’ re-registration period has ended. AFTER the club receives your registration form, WE WILL CONTACT YOU TO CONFIRM YOUR SPOT if space is available.

  • FASTEST OPTION 1: Fill out the online form at the bottom of this page. Drop off payment & sign waiver (provided) at the gym.
    OPTION 2: Download the PDF, fill out, email to olympium.rgc@gmail.com. Drop off payment at the gym.
    OPTION 3: Download the PDF, print, fill out. Drop off form with payment at the gym.

  • TOTAL FEE = Class Fee + Club Fee + Suit Fee

    Camp Fee – based on the class you selected above
    Club Membership Fee- $70/Season is charged at the beginning of every season.
    Club Suit Fee- $60 is mandatory for all athletes.

  • Payment: Cash or cheques only. Cheques made payable to “Olympium RGC”.
    Drop off your registration form (online or printed) with payment prior to the first class at the gym.
    GYM LOCATION
    The gymnast will not be permitted to begin the session without payment being received.

  • Bounced Cheques: $50.00 fee applies to all returned cheques.
