Ontario’s Provincial Coaching Chair, Margaret Wichrowska, has organized a training camp for Provincial level gymnasts and their coaches. The camp was a great opportunity to enhance gymnast’s preparation for the upcoming season.
The camp’s focus was on development & improvement of artistic expression.
The warm-up was conducted by Danuta Smiechowski – National Coach.
The masterclass was led by Chloe Payne Physical Theatre Performer, Creator and Educator. The graduate of the prestigious physical theatre school, École Philippe Gaulier. The recipient of the Mark Purvis Bursary for Emerging Physical Theatre Artists.
The competitive routines and choreography were reviewed by FIG Brevet Judges: Polina Tzankova, Danuta Smiechowski and Svetlana Joukova. The judges have given important composition tips to gymnast and their coaches.
